Absolutely, you can have a history with alternative beliefs, and still jump in, learning more in-depth about yourself and the world around you.
Yes, if you choose to go for the live experience, you can get access to the recordings, so you can catch up.
They will be available afterwards if you need to re-learn a topic.
1-3 hours, how you choose to go beyond class is entirely in your control.
With a live class you join us for our 1-2hr class (depends on the length of content, and sharing) then with that we have meditation.
fter class you are encouraged to do certain "homework" or practice skills so you can continue to grow, or to re-do the meditation a couple times.
